Post-launch support covers bugs related to our delivered work; ongoing updates and maintenance are separate. Delivery starts when required content and access are received.

Basic includes 7 days, Standard 14 days and Pro 30 days of bug support for work we delivered. Ongoing updates and maintenance are separate.
