Refund and Returns Policy

LAYOTIX sells digital website templates and themes for various content management systems (CMS). No physical products are shipped.

Digital Product Purchases

All template and theme sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Once a product has been delivered or access has been provided, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind.

This includes situations where you:

  • Decide you no longer need the product.
  • Purchase the wrong template or CMS version despite accurate product information.
  • Do not have the skills required to customise the product.
  • Expect features or services not included in the product description.
  • Choose not to download or use the product after receiving access.

Before You Purchase

Please review the product description, demo, supported platform, compatibility requirements and included features before ordering.

Templates and themes are built for the platform specified on their product page. They are not interchangeable between CMS platforms unless expressly stated.

If you are unsure whether a product meets your needs, contact hello@layotix.com before purchasing.

Download and Technical Issues

If you cannot access your purchase, receive an incorrect file or encounter a technical fault, please email us with your order number, a description of the issue and any relevant screenshots.

We will investigate and help restore access or correct a verified product issue. Where the product is faulty, not as described or not delivered, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement or a refund.

Cancellation Rights

Where applicable law provides a cancellation period for digital purchases, immediate delivery during that period requires your express consent and acknowledgement that your cancellation right will end when supply begins.

Simply accepting this policy does not remove any statutory cancellation rights.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Website Services

This policy applies to digital templates and themes. Website design, development and other services are governed by the cancellation and payment terms in your separate project agreement.
